Since this is mainly a recipe blog, the "eat" part will get covered in due time. A random food fact about me is that I don't like cheese. Yes, you read correcty. You might look at some recipes and think " Mmm, some shaved Parmesan would be great on this", "what about some crumbled feta". Feel free to use your imagination when it comes to the cheese component of these recipes because you likely get any guidance from me. After I tell people I don't like cheese the next question from them is "what about pizza?". I do have a loophole in my no cheese rule and that is if it is mozzarella cheese combined with a tomato sauce, I am good. Pizza and lasagna are in my good book:)
